At the Achiltibuie Garden we have created the solution for you if you want to grow tomatoes but have either limited space or time. If you have low growing crops, why not hang the basket above them, making the most of the growing space available.

Our tomato hanging basket growing kit consists of a basket with capillary mat, Gold growing medium, a minipropagator to start off your FREE packet of seeds in, clay pebbles and tomato feed concentrate. With this kit you'll be able to grow delicious fruits in a small space, using hydroponics, and you also have the convenience of our unique hanging basket design: they use a fraction of the water used by conventional designs because none is lost whilst watering.

A unique pull-out drawer in the side of the basket lets you top up the spacious reservoir at the bottom of the container. Simply sow the tomato seeds provided into the minipropagator, then transfer the seedlings to the basket filled with Gold growing medium. Fill the reservoir with diluted feed solution and the capillary wick takes up water and feed when it is needed. Our robust, durable and attractive hanging baskets can be used indoors or outdoors and you'll find that they last for years!
