Returns and refunds policy
We hope that you'll be delighted with the products you buy from us. If you have any problems, however, please read on.
1. If you change your mind and decide you don't want to keep the product you've bought:
1.1 Achiltibuie Garden Ltd will offer a full refund or exchange for the cost of any product you return within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened and in its original condition. We regret that we cannot refund you if the packaging has been unsealed or damaged in any way and that we can't refund the cost of the carriage you have paid to receive the product.
1.2 If your original purchase was paid for with a credit card, the card number on file will be credited for the full amount of the unopened / unused products.
If your original purchase was paid for with a cheque, we will send you a cheque for the refund amount.
1.3 You are responsible for the handling and shipping of the items which you are returning. Make sure the item(s) is (are) packed properly so that the contents are protected from any damage.
1.4 You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. If you are unable to send a product back to us, we can arrange to collect the item from you. Please note that you will still be responsible for any delivery charge incurred.
1.5 We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the postal and insurance receipts for your records.
2. If you receive a faulty product from us:
2.1 Achiltibuie Garden Ltd will offer a full refund or exchange for the product.
2.2 We will also refund the delivery charge you paid to receive the item.
2.3 We will refund the delivery charge you paid to send the item back to us, or we can arrange to collect the item from you
2.4 You must inform us of the fault in writing within seven working days of delivery. Please write to Achiltibuie Garden Ltd., 213 Altandhu, Achiltibuie, Ullapool IV26 2YR or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you don't tell us in writing, we may not be unable to commit to any of the above.
2.5 Please note that we can only issue a refund once the product has been returned and confirmed faulty. If the product is found to be without fault, you'll be charged a 10% administration fee of the price you paid for the item. You will also be held liable for all postage and packaging costs.
3. To return an item to us:
3.1 For all returns, please enclose a letter giving the reason for the return and ensure that the package is wrapped securely. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
3.2 We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the postal and insurance receipts for your records.
3.3 For faulty goods, please include a full description of the defect, along with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories.
